OUR CAMPAIGNS

What began as a simple concern during the summer of 2025 quickly grew into a shared realization: in Geneva, safe and clearly designated access to the lake for dogs is almost non-existent. As temperatures rise, this lack of access is not just inconvenient—it can put dogs at risk.

Moved by this, a small group of concerned dog owners and lake lovers came together to take action. What started as conversations on hot summer days evolved into a collective effort to advocate for change.

By 2026, this momentum led to the launch of a public petition, giving a voice to a growing community who believe that thoughtful, well-managed access points can benefit everyone—dogs, owners, and the wider public.

This campaign is rooted in care: for animal wellbeing, for shared spaces, and for a more inclusive approach to how we use our natural environment. It is not about taking space away, but about creating balanced solutions—safe, respectful, and clearly defined areas where dogs can cool off without conflict.

With each signature, awareness grows. With each voice, the possibility of change becomes more real.

Together, we can create a city that works better for everyone.

This campaign is our primary focus as summer 2026 approaches.
We will address additional initiatives in the coming phases, working closely with the wider community and local leaders across Geneva.

Here you’ll find a selection of promotional materials—including mobile wallpapers, flyers, and posters—ready to use, share, and print to help spread the word and support the campaign.
